As your Hypnotherapist and Sleep Coach I am fully committed to help you to overcome your sleeping issues, and help you to make the changes you desire, in the shortest time as possible. It is my intention to help you, help yourself in such a way as to provide you with the tools that can facilitate cognitive restructuring and the installation of new sleeping behaviours, thus empowering you to make profound and positive changes.
You may be set homework tasks to complete in between sessions that are designed to enhance the benefits of the coaching work that we carry out during sessions, and to further your progress towards meeting your sleeping goals. It is expected that as the Client that you will be 100% motivated to do your homework given and turn up to each coaching session as planned. It is of course entirely up to you as to whether you complete your homework in between coaching session, but by doing so, you will greatly enhance the likelihood of achieving your sleeping goals by facilitating constant, positive progression towards them.
Each individual responds differently to hypnosis and the other techniques that I use, so I plan and tailor your coaching to best match your needs, individual requirements and personality type. I use a multi-modal approach based upon your individual needs.
There are no guarantees that this service will completely solve your sleeping issues, therefore I can make no promises that I can 100% solve your insomnia, however, I CAN promise to do my best to help you with this using my years of experience in helping others successfully overcome insomnia in as fast a time frame as possible.
Please do NOT listen to any given hypnosis MP3 recordings whilst driving, having a bath or operating machinery, please only listen to them in a safe and relaxed environment like a bed or a chair where you will be undisturbed.
