Will hypnosis work for you? I get asked this a lot, but don’t worry, I do a consultation with you first to test your suitability to hypnosis, before you sign up 👍

You can either enroll in one of my Group Hypnosis Courses (maximum of 5 people), do an Individual Course with me or a Bespoke Course where you add in any other goals you would like to achieve alongside Healthy eating and Weight loss. All sessions within the course are done online via Zoom so you can be anywhere in the world to participate
